How is Serenova Consulting different?

Most consultants either give you advice and leave you to figure it out, or they jump straight into software without fixing the real process first.

We sit in the middle. We start by understanding how leads come in, where they get stuck, and what needs to happen between first inquiry and signed client. Then we help create the strategy, the follow-up process, and, when it makes sense, the system to support it.

Sometimes that means a clearer sales process and better follow-up language. Sometimes it includes a done-for-you technology build. The goal is not to add more tools. It is to make sure warm leads stop falling through the cracks.

Do you just give advice, or do you help build the process too?

Both. We start with the strategy because software will not fix a messy process by itself. Once we understand where leads are getting missed, we can map out the right follow-up steps, customer journey, and sales process.
